Over the past months, we went over every aspect of our hospitality, in order to ensure that every moment of your stay can be a pleasant and safe experience.
To us, offering a safe and untroubled experience to our Guests is key.
This year, more than even, we need to enjoy a carefree and rejuvenating holiday, to recharge our body and mind. For this reason, we came up with a careful, scrupulous and personalized service.
We designed a safe stay right from your arrival at the Residence, by allowing you to check-in online directly from your home, a few days before you get here.
Once you get here, after the ever-present smiles and a chat to get to know each other, you’ll be given the card keys to access the apartment. Please keep them with you for your entire stay.
All apartments will be sanitized with hydrogen peroxide atomizers, and this treatment will be repeated at every linen change.
During the day, our trusted staff will take care of sanitizing all contact points in our common areas.
Bedroom and bathroom linen – for all guests requesting it – will be washed by the Pulilampo dry cleaning service, which will adopt certified washing processes, ensuring the highest levels of microbiological quality.
In all common areas, you’ll find sanitizer dispensers and instructions on how to share the spaces.
The beach, GUARANTEED FOR ALL OUR GUESTS, will be organized with the right distancing between umbrellas, according to the law, and all sunbeds will be sanitized every morning.
The water in the swimming pool and Jacuzzi will be treated with chlorine, as usual: this sanitizing agent helps keep the water clean and sanitized.
Entertainment for adults and children will be guaranteed this year too: we will favour workshops, games with small groups and individual activities during the day.
