General Informations for your staying at San Marco Residence in Bellaria

Conditions for Booking a stay
At any time the Guest can make a reservation, in orde to ensure the preferred accomodation.
Once the deposit (30% of total) is received, the booking will be valid; balance will be paid the day of the arrival, at the apartment assignment.

Modification of stay – Conditions 
Changing reservation dates after booking with other dates of the current season, compatibly with the availability of the residence, the guest will recover the entire deposit during the following stay, provided that the stay is equal to or greater than the deposit paid.

Cancellation of stay – Conditions
The Guest will be required to pay the full value of consideration, also in case of late arrival or early departure.

In case of cancellation of the reservation up to 14 days from the date of arrival, the deposit will be retained for an amount equal to 50% of the amount paid. The remaining 50% will be returned by bank transfer.

In case of cancellation of the reservation from 14 days up to the day of arrival, the deposit will be fully withheld.

If the deposit paid is equal to or less than € 200.00 or in any case outside the terms indicated above, the deposit will be fully withheld.

COVID UPDATE
IN CASE OF CANCELLATION DUE TO NATIONAL AND REGIONAL MOBILITY RESTRICTIONS ACTIVE DURING THE PERIOD OF STAY, THE DEPOSIT WILL BE RETURNED IN FULL.

Beach Service
The bathing establishment which exclusively belongs to San Marco Residence is the n.11 Bagno San Marco.
It is not possible to deduct the cost of the beach from the amount due for the apartment if a different beach is chosen.

Arrival and Departure
Arrivals and departures take place on Saturdays. Therefore weeks are intended from Saturday to Saturday
The apartment will be delivered between 2pm and 5pm on day of arrival and must be returned before 10am on day of departure.
Upon arrival at the Residence, if the apartment is not available yet, Guest can start enjoying all services, including parking and beach.

Damages and Compensation
Damages that will not be reported by the following Sunday upon entering the apartment, will be considered responsibility of the Guest. At the delivery of the keys, credit card credentials will be requested as a guarantee.
If the apartment will not be returned in the same conditions wich it was delivered, the amount necessary to cover the damage will be charged to the credit card. Provided data related to the credit card will be deleted upon departure.

Cleaning
Payment of € 50,00 for final cleaning is mandatory in case of groups of young people, guests with pets
and in case of the apartment is not returned clean (refrigerator not free, dishwasher load and / or garbage)

Apartment Occupation
The apartment can not be occupied by a number of people higher than that indicated in the booking, except with different written communication between the parties, in any case prior to arrival at the Residence. Otherwise the reservation could be considered canceled.

Parking
Each apartment has only one parking space available in the garage. In case of several cars, it is possible to use another private one 250 meters far from the residence.

Pets
Pets are allowed in the apartment and on the beach (if communicated during the booking)
