Apartments are available for stays from April to September.<\/p>\n

Booking Conditions<\/strong>
\nThe reservation is definitely confirmed with the payment of a deposit equal to 30% of the total amount within 7 days following confirmation.
\nThe balance will be paid directly to the hotel at the end of the stay. With the payment of the deposit , the general conditions and also the cancellation conditions are considered understood and legally accepted.<\/p>\n

Deposit
\n<\/strong>The deposit is not refundable in case of cancellation of the booking by the customer ( except for the cases indicated in the general conditions ).
\nWe recomend taking out a cancellation insurance.
\n<\/strong><\/p>\n

Late arrivale or early departure<\/strong>
\nThe customer is required to pay the full amount of the stay in case of late arrival or early departure.<\/p>\n

Modification of stay – Conditions
\n<\/strong>The customer is required to pay the full amount of the fee even in the event of late arrival or early departure.
\n<\/strong>If the need arises to change the dates of the booked stay, with new dates in the current season (or in the following season), with 30 days’ notice and compatibly with the availability of the structure, the deposit will be fully recovered in the following stay provided the cost of the new stay is equal to or greater than the previously booked stay.
\nChanging the dates of your stay is only possible by respecting the terms of the cancellation conditions below.<\/p>\n

N.B.: In case of cancellation of even the 2nd stay, regardless of when the cancellation takes place, the deposit paid will be automatically retained as a 100% penalty without the possibility of rebooking.<\/p>\n

Cancellation of stay – Conditions<\/strong>
\nThe Guest will be required to pay the full value of consideration, also in case of late arrival or early departure.<\/p>\n

In case of cancellation of the reservation up to 30 days from the date of arrival, the deposit will be retained for an amount equal to 50% of the amount paid. The remaining 50% will be returned by bank transfer.<\/p>\n

In case of cancellation of the reservation from 30 days up to the day of arrival, the deposit will be fully withheld.<\/p>\n

The bathing establishment which exclusively belongs to San Marco Residence is the n.11 Bagno San Marco.
\nIt is not possible to deduct the cost of the beach from the amount due for the apartment if a different beach is chosen.<\/p>\n

Arrival and Departure<\/strong>
\nArrivals and departures take place on Saturdays. Therefore weeks are intended from Saturday to Saturday
\nThe apartment will be delivered between 2pm and 5pm on day of arrival and must be returned before 10am on day of departure.
\nUpon arrival at the Residence, if the apartment is not available yet, Guest can start enjoying all services, including parking and beach.<\/p>\n

Damages and Compensation<\/strong>
\nI do not have to wait until the following Sunday to enter the apartment, it will be considered the guest’s responsibility.<\/p>\n

When you checked in, you had the best \u20ac. 300.00 as a cash deposit. The quality of the apartment is not restored in the best condition
\nin which it was delivered the amount will be treated to cover the damages incurred. In this case, the entire amount will be refunded after checking the apartment upon departure.

Cleaning<\/strong>
\nPayment of \u20ac 50,00 for final cleaning is mandatory.
\nGroups of young people, guests with pets and in case of the apartment is not returned clean (refrigerator not free, dishwasher load and \/ or garbage), an additional supplement of \u20ac 50.00 is required.<\/p>\n

Apartment Occupation<\/strong>
\nThe apartment can not be occupied by a number of people higher than that indicated in the booking, except with different written communication between the parties, in any case prior to arrival at the Residence. Otherwise the reservation could be considered canceled.<\/p>\n

Parking<\/strong>
\nParking is free and limited to 1 place per apartment: this space is not fixed and varies according to the availability of the moment. In case of more cars, it is possible to take advantage of another private parking 250 meters away from the residence.
\nThose wishing to reserve a fixed place in the covered garage (which remains for exclusive use for the entire duration of the stay, and which will be chosen from among the free ones at the time of booking), will be charged a supplement of \u20ac50 per week.<\/p>\n

Pets<\/strong>
\nPets are allowed in the apartment and on the beach (if communicated during the booking)
\nThe cost for your pet’s stay is 30.00 (flat rate) which also includes the final sanitization of the room with specific products.<\/p>\n

Take Fido with you to the beach!<\/strong>
\nThe San Marco 11 beach is equipped to welcome your four-legged friend: here you will find special umbrellas, a small bowl for drinking and a comfortable sunbed with beach towel, as well as a bucket. shovel and watering can to keep the area clean.
\nThe service costs \u20ac5.00 per day and is reserved for small and medium-sized dogs up to a maximum of 15 kg.
