GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of a down payment equal to 30,00 % of the total amount payable. The balance must be paid on arrival, when the apartment is handed over. Guests will have to pay the total amount due even if they arrive later than planned or leave ahead of time.
When the keys to the apartment are handed over to guests, a deposit of € 150,00 will be requested from them and returned on departure, providing the apartment is left in the same state it was when handed over. If this is not the case, the deposit will be kept and if this should prove to be insufficient to cover costs for any damage caused, guests will have to pay the difference.
A week runs from Saturday to Saturday. Apartments will be handed over between 14.00 a.m. and 7.00 p.m. on arrival day and must be vacated by 10.00 a.m. on departure day.
Payment of € 50,00 for cleaning on departure is compulsory.
Apartments cannot be occupied by more guests than the number indicated on the booking form.
Pets are allowed.

APARTMENT TYPE A
One-room apartment sleeping 2 - 4 people with a double bed, safe, plus a sofa bed in the living-dining room, fully-fitted kitchen and bathroom with shower cubicle.

APARTMENT TYPE B1
Two-room apartment sleeping 2 - 4 people with a lounge-dining room with sofa double bed, safe, fully-fitted kitchen, double bedroom and spacious terraces for outdoor dining.

APARTMENT TYPE B2
Two-room apartment sleeping 4 - 6 people with a lounge-dining room with sofa double bed, safe, fully-fitted kitchen, double bedroom with additional beds if required and spacious terraces for outdoor dining.

APARTMENT TYPE C
Three-room apartment sleeping 4 - 6 people with a lounge-dining room with sofa double bed, safe, fully-fitted kitchen, double bedroom with additional third bed if required, bedroom with bunk beds, bathroom with shower cubicle and spacious terraces for outdoor dining.
